Coverage

Country-specific geocoding coverage for key markets, plus a global breakdown of admin depth, postcode systems, waterways, elevation data, and IP geolocation scope.

Country and regional coverage pages

These pages document address-level geocoding behaviour by country: how addresses are structured, what query formats are accepted, which admin fields are returned, and how results fall back when precise address points are unavailable. Use them to evaluate fit before integrating a market into your geocoding pipeline.

What coverage data covers

Coverage across Map Zena APIs spans four main data domains:

  • Geocoding and reverse geocoding — Street and address-level resolution worldwide, with admin context at country, region, locality, and postcode level. See depth by region in the global coverage page.
  • Elevation — SRTM15+ global elevation and bathymetry dataset covering land, ocean surfaces, and below-sea-level terrain. See the Elevation API docs for field details.
  • IP geolocation — ~99% of IPv4 and IPv6 address space with country, region, city, ASN, connection type, and VPN/proxy detection. See the IP Address Coverage page and IP Lookup API docs.
  • Timezone — Timezone for any coordinate worldwide, including IANA zone name and UTC offset. See the Timezone API docs.
